System requirements to shop on our site
Some of our customers have been experiencing issues during the checkout process. The procedure below will insure that you have the appropriate security settings in order to have the ability to make a successful purchase.
Please follow the procedure below in order to access our site. We are using TLS which is a level superior to SSL. You probably have TLS deactivated within your internet settings.
If you are using IE to connect to our site and getting the error shown below, here's how to fix the problem. If you are a Google Chrome user, you may follow the same procedure as Chrome uses Internet Explorer Security settings.
1/ Open the Internet Options settings. The following window will pop up on your screen
2/ Choose the Advanced tab and look for the Security section
3/ Look for Use TLS 1.0 and make sure the checkbox is checked. TLS 1.0 is a more secure than SSL and this is what we are using for encryption purposes.
4/ Click OK, close IE and restart it. Reload the page you were having trouble with and it should be displayed on your screen
